Why is it not mentioned anywhere and if it does not come in the set, then what the hell, if there is a special place for it? .. & why drill holes if there could have been both holes but moving the cap to one side or the other. The drilling of the hole needed to be done on an early version of the adaptor (which was a flop on our side), but by now all the adaptors have it by default.
