Grounging RouterBoard through Twist port

Recommended Posts

Hi,
We have installed a lot of RF Element SH-TP-5-90 with RB922UAG-5HPacD in our tower.
We are very satisfied about the performance, but we started get some issue with static in the last month (summer time).

We just discovered that there is no continuity between Twist Port bracket and adaptor, plus there is no easy way to connect an external ground cable to the Twist Port adaptor for Mikrotik.
The only continuity we found from the external part of adaptor is located on the screw around the antenna connector, which are not usable since their hide between adaptor and antenna fixing system.

Is there something we are missing ?
Is there a easy way to put a grounding screw from the Routerboard to the mounting bracket without weaken the isolation from weather of the enclosure ?

Regards,
Michael Plourde
